Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trainings:

Full Fee refund, if a participant cancels 5 working days before the start of training.

Refunds in other conditions will be discussed. First, an offer will be made to utilise the full fee towards any next course.

 

Consultancy:

A service/ product delivered will be deemed accepted if no comments are received within 2 days of submission/ delivery. There will be no refund in such cases.  

 

If any comments are received on a service/ product, we will provide an improvised service/ product.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Being the providers of Services, there is no physical shipping.

 

The training (online/ physical) will be delivered on the date, place, and time agreed.

Consultancy services and any deliverables within will be delivered(online/ physical) on the date, place, and time agreed.

 

DAMAN DEV SOOD is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
